Robert Wertman is the Principal Transportation Planner for the Madison County Council of Governments (MCCOG). His primary duties involve managing the Transportation Systems Planning and Forecasting unit, managing and implementing transportation traffic data and analytics programs as well as carrying out long range planning activities in the region.
