HAAS Alert y Miovision amplían su colaboración para ofrecer un sistema de prioridad para vehículos de emergencia (EVP) basado en la nube para organismos de seguridad pública.

The City of Martin TN Fire/Rescue/EMS is the First to Deploy New Joint Solution Using Existing Safety Cloud-Connected Vehicles

CHICAGO, IL and KITCHENER, ON, December 4, 2025 – HAAS Alert, the company behind Safety Cloud®, and Miovision, a leader in Intelligent Mobility, today announced an expansion of their existing partnership to make Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP) more accessible to communities across North America. With this new integration, HAAS Alert customers can now leverage their existing Safety Cloud service and connected hardware to seamlessly power Miovision’s cloud-based EVP solution, eliminating the need to install new equipment in emergency vehicles.

This development represents a major step forward in improving roadway safety and emergency response efficiency. By combining Safety Cloud platform with Miovision’s advanced EVP technology, agencies can now connect their fleets directly to traffic signals for faster and safer emergency response without the cost or complexity of additional in-vehicle hardware.

In Tennessee, The City of Martin Fire/Rescue/EMS is the first to deploy this innovative joint solution citywide. All connected vehicles in the department’s fleet are now integrated with Miovision’s cloud-based EVP through Safety Cloud, allowing emergency responders to safely and reliably preempt traffic signals and clear intersections more efficiently.

“Our top priority is getting to emergencies as quickly and safely as possible,” said Chief Jamie Summers, City of Martin Fire/Rescue/EMS. “By equipping our entire fleet with this joint solution, we’re not only improving our response times, but also making our roads safer for everyone in Martin.”

“HAAS Alert’s mission has always been to connect and protect roadway users,” said Brock Aun, VP of Product at HAAS Alert. “By expanding our partnership with Miovision, we’re helping communities like Martin unlock the benefits of preemption without the barriers of expensive or complicated installations. This makes it easier than ever for any agency to modernize their emergency response capabilities.”

“At Miovision, we are committed to making cities safer and more efficient,” said Kurtis McBride, CEO of Miovision. “Through our collaboration with HAAS Alert, we’re ensuring that emergency services can use cloud-based technology to reduce response times and improve safety for first responders and the public alike.”

The expanded HAAS Alert–Miovision partnership underscores a shared commitment to leveraging connected vehicle technology and cloud-based solutions to improve roadway safety, optimize municipal operations, and empower public safety agencies with scalable, cost-effective innovations.
