Miovision started with three friends at the University of Waterloo who saw an opportunity to revolutionize the traffic industry. That insight helped make Miovision a leading authority on traffic data.

Flexibility

Employees are given the choice to work in-office, remote, or a combination of the two. Hotel-desk booking platforms, an internet subsidy, and a remote work allowance are some of the ways Miovision is supporting our shift to a hybrid workplace for applicable roles.

Time off

All employees receive generous vacation plans and paid sick time. We also offer Mio-Days, extending all three-day weekends to four-days and providing a holiday shutdown in December for applicable roles.

Incredible office space

For those employees who like to work in office, we have a bright, open office, located at Catalyst 137. We offer the ability to book hotel desks in advance, equipped with docking stations and dual monitors.

Fitness & wellbeing

Healthy employees are happy employees! Some of the ways we show our commitment to employee well being, both mentally and physically, includes an onsite gym at our headquarters, virtual fitness classes, and a free membership to Calm.
