Miovision Expands Leadership Team to Power Global Growth and Innovation Agenda

Kitchener, Ontario – Miovision, a global leader in intelligent transportation systems and smart mobility infrastructure, announced today the addition of four new leaders to its management team. These appointments underscore the company’s commitment to expanding its operations, enhancing its global reach, and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of cities around the world.

Joining the Miovision executive team are:

  • Ashira Lapin-Gobrin as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
  • Grant Hughes as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  • Mark Gaydos as Vice President, Marketing
  • Nick Mulder as Vice President, Engineering

These appointments arrive at a moment of record-breaking momentum for Miovision. The company has achieved 348% revenue growth over three years, expanded to more than 60+ countries, and introduced a suite of award-winning solutions in traffic signal optimization, vehicle-to-everything (V2X) connectivity, and AI-powered infrastructure analytics.

Strengthening a High-Performing Leadership Team

Ashira Lapin-Gobrin, CHRO, brings over 25 years of experience in scaling People & Culture organizations at high-growth tech companies. Previously Head of People at Wave, Ashira specializes in leadership development, psychological coaching, and workplace transformation. She’s focused on building a culture where talent and innovation thrive.

Grant Hughes, Grant brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience to Miovision, including senior roles at PointClickCare, a leading healthtech platform, and most recently as CFO and Country Manager at Ataccama. His career spans high-growth tech companies leveraging AI and data to transform traditional industries, with expertise in IPOs, acquisitions, and global expansion. 

Mark Gaydos, VP of Marketing, enters with a strong background in enterprise and SaaS marketing. He will lead Miovision’s global marketing efforts, sharpening the brand’s positioning and aligning go-to-market strategies across Miovision’s expanding product portfolio.

Nick Mulder, VP of Engineering, joined Miovision in May 2025, bringing extensive experience leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced, innovative environments. In his role, he oversees the development and delivery of Miovision’s smart traffic solutions, ensuring scalable, reliable systems that empower cities globally. Nick is focused on building a strong engineering culture grounded in collaboration, impact, and technical excellence.
