Ashira Lapin joined Miovision in May 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience scaling People and Culture functions in high-growth tech companies. She specializes in building high-performance cultures and organizational structures that support rapid expansion.

Previously, she led People and Culture at Wave, helping grow the company from 70 to over 400 employees ahead of its acquisition by H&R Block. In 2021, she was honored with the HRPA Woman of Distinction Award.

A passionate advocate for personal and professional growth, Ashira specializes in leadership development, performance coaching, and workplace transformation. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, further expanding her ability to support holistic leadership and workplace well-being.
