Heavy snow can halt cities
When severe winter weather strikes, residents still need to get to work, run essential errands, and travel safely across the city. Snowplows can get stuck waiting at red lights while clearing traffic, slowing progress, and hindering movement. This also drives up municipal fuel costs, accelerates plow wear-and-tear, and causes excessive salt waste from idle vehicles.
Cities shouldn't have to choose between burning through operational budgets and leaving roads hazardous for commuters
